We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to orders delivered outside the US. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's regulations.
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for most items. We believe in a simple, no-questions-asked process.
What's Covered: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them. Artisan food items are non-returnable for safety reasons but are fully covered under our quality guarantee.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you always get the exact product you want.
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address. Select the items you wish to return.
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label that appears in your portal. Affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop off your package at any participating carrier location. We recommend using a drop-off point with tracking to ensure your return is processed.
We carefully pack every order, but we know accidents happen. If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us a quick photo of the damaged packaging or the item itself, along with your order number, to help@vexon.com. We'll get a replacement on its way to you immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
